A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Liz Parsons now trading as McLaren Residential Management Ltd opened its doors in January 2018. The golden opportunity arose to work from home & create a better work life balance. Starting in the industry in 2004 there is plenty of management experience onboard.
I am currently with REINZ and completing a Level 4 qualification in Property Management, establishing a certification if the industry does become regulated.
Previously building two successful management models I can now build a quality database offering great service.
OWNERS
With competitive management rates my focus is on good tenants and service, running a smaller, more manageable database.
Having access to advanced tenant checking, both background and financial is imperative in selecting the correct tenants for my managements. Working with owners and tenants to ensure their homes are well maintained is also important to me.
Keeping up with new legislation can be challenging, scheduling training sessions and brain storming groups is a win win.
Three monthly inspections and reporting will help to identify any repair & maintenance items requiring attention.
